A dental implant is made up of three parts: the first part is the implant itself which is surgically placed in the bone (in the office). The second part is the abutment – the part that connects the implant to the implant crown. The third and final part is the implant crown. It functions as would a crown on one of your natural teeth — and in this case it connects to the abutment which connects to the implant itself.

Dental implants (Full Arch) are a special way to replace missing teeth. Instead of getting one implant for each missing tooth, a few implants (usually 4 or more) are placed in your jaw to support a full set of new teeth. It's like building a strong bridge with solid support beams, making sure your new teeth are stable and won't move around.
Unlike implants are great because they give you a full, beautiful smile quickly. You don't need one implant for each tooth, which saves time and money. Plus, they are strong and last a long time, letting you eat, talk, and smile confidently.
A dental implant is an artificial root made of titanium metal that serves as a substitute for the root of a missing tooth. The top of the implant is attached to an artificial tooth (crown), resulting in a beautiful natural-looking replacement tooth.

Dentures usually are fitted with an attachment that clicks to top of implant and stay secure. No up, down or sideways movements occur providing well fitted dentures that work much more efficiently than one with dental implant.

Unlike traditional dentures that can slip and need regular adjustments, these implants stay in place and you can feel just like having your natural teeth back. This means you can laugh freely, speak clearly, and eat whatever you want without worry."
Hi, my name is Dr. Mytrei Chaturvedula.
I am a caring, compassionate dentist and I pride myself on treating people with the respect that they deserve. I have more than 23 years of experience in all fields of dentistry, and I continue to dedicate my practice to showing how exceptional dentistry can improve the health, appearance and self-confidence of my patients.
Education and Continuing Education
I began practicing dentistry in India after earning my Bachelor of Dental Science degree. Later, I completed the dental program at Boston University where I received my Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD). I am always looking to learn more, and as such, I participate in many continuing education courses through Tufts University so that I can continue to bring the latest technology and techniques to my practice. I have received extensive training on implant placement restoration since 2018. Starting with Dr. Guarino, Hiossen basic and master training. I recently went to Dominican Republic with Linkstone implant academy, and placed and restored implants for immediate anterior/posterior and am now offering full arch placement.
Outside the Office
I am from a small city in the southern part of India and I currently reside in Canton with my husband and two daughters. I love to read books, ride bikes with my kids, and go on vacations whenever I get a chance. I also help with my daughter’s school and attend a temple in my city. We get to meet lots of different people in the community, and I enjoy helping out where I can.
The procedure typically takes a few hours, but it might require several visits for planning and follow-ups. Many patients can have temporary teeth placed on the same day as the surgery.
The procedure is done under anesthesia, so you won't feel pain during the surgery. After the procedure, you might feel some discomfort, but this can be managed with medication.
With proper care, Full-Mouth Implant can last a lifetime. Regular dental check-ups and good oral hygiene are essential for their longevity.
Most people who are missing several teeth can get implants. However, a dentist needs to evaluate your overall health and bone structure to ensure you're a good candidate.
Full-Mouth Implant are more stable and comfortable than dentures. They don't slip or need adhesive, and they help maintain the bone structure of your jaw, keeping your face looking natural.
